The GED / ECM Liquid Suite Capture Mobile is an application developed for use on mobile devices and is part of the Liquid Suite family.The main feature of this app is its ability to import documents into Liquid Suite in an agile way, making the process simple and allowing the indexing of documents to be performed using a QRcode.Liquid Suite Captura Mobile does not allow consultation or viewing of documents previously inserted in the Liquid platform, and can be distributed to a larger number of employees who will only import documents, thus ensuring more security and agility in capturing documents.In this app you will find the following features:- capturing documents through the camera;- capture of documents by the gallery;- 3 possibilities for indexing a document:- manual indexing of document fields;- indexing the fields through a QRcode;- sending without indexing;- possibility of using it "offline";- use only by authenticated users.
